Ms. Rivas holds a clinical license as a bicultural and dual-language social worker. She has over 13 years of experience working with non-profit organizations. She is familiar with a range of populations such as LGBTQ+, individuals with problems with substance abuse, people who are victims of sexual abuse and violence in intimate relationships, and so on. In 2019, Ms. Rivas provides services to Erie residents. The clinic now offers telehealth Behavioral Health services. Mrs. Rivas belongs to the Behavioral health Perinatal team who work with pregnant women and postpartum mothers. She is certified in trauma-informed and adult EMDR. Also, she offers private and group therapy, medication-assisted treatment and referrals for specialist care along with Women's support groups. Amanda is a volunteer for Best Friends Animal Society to help homeless animals find homes. She wholeheartedly believes in Best Friends' slogan, save Them Everyone and is determined to make Los Angeles become a no kill city. Amanda pushes her limits in order to achieve her goals.
